About the Role

You'll work directly with an exited founder and investor to build and scale a portfolio of AI-powered media brands across travel, wellness, and lifestyle. We're creating a network of content-first affiliate businesses that combine editorial storytelling, short-form video, and affiliate monetization.

This is part creator, part growth hacker, part operator. A rare chance to run P&Ls and shape brands from day one. You'll learn to build scalable digital businesses from idea to traffic to revenue under the mentorship of a founder who has done it before.

If you've ever wanted to skip the corporate grind and instead learn how to start and grow companies, this is that opportunity. You'll have the opportunity to earn equity in the media brands you help build.

What You'll Do

Operate

• Launch and manage niche media brands (travel, health, or supplements)

• Oversee daily publishing on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and newsletters

• Use AI tools to generate video content, scripts, and visuals at scale

Grow

• Identify affiliate opportunities, onboard offers via networks (Awin, CJ, Impact, Travelpayouts)

• Analyze performance data, test hooks and CTAs, and optimize traffic-to-revenue flow

• Build partnerships with micro-creators for UGC content and whitelisting

Systemize

• Create repeatable workflows for video production, posting, analytics, and reporting

• Document everything in Notion — templates, prompts, checklists, SOPs

• Automate repetitive tasks with Zapier or n8n (no-code)

Think

• Research trends in wellness, supplements, and travel; find emerging niches

• Pitch new micro-brand ideas with supporting data

• Contribute to high-level strategy and product direction alongside the founder

Preferred Background

• 2–5 years of experience in startups, content, growth, or consulting

• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, OpusClip, etc.)

• Experience creating or running a small project — a newsletter, side business, or YouTube channel

• Strong track record demonstrating drive and achievement

• Remote role, but must be based in the US
