You will engage with decision-makers from the shop floor to the boardroom, helping leading consumer packaged goods companies improve their operations and achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with key consumer packaged goods accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers through a consultative sales approach.
- Understand customer challenges and decision criteria to recommend solutions that improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with global commercial teams to support cross-border projects and strategic initiatives.
- Manage complex sales opportunities from discovery through successful closure.
- Build credibility with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to develop and manage long-term B2B customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
- Technical affinity and the ability to understand industrial processes and solutions.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 70%) throughout the region and occasionally internationally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer environments.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
- Experience and/or knowledge within the food, consumer packaged goods, or packaging industry.
