Contact Center Officer, Hungary
📍 Location: Remote, Hungary
⏳ Work Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Do you want to use your communication skills to support a global community committed to defending life, family, and freedom?
CitizenGO is seeking a Contact Center Officer for Hungary to manage correspondence with our Hungarian-speaking supporters. In this remote, part-time role of 20 hours per week, you will answer questions, assist with donation and subscription requests, and help members stay connected to our mission.
Every exchange is an opportunity to build trust. Through clear, thoughtful responses and careful follow-up, you will help supporters receive the assistance they need and ensure their ideas, feedback, and concerns reach the people who can act on them.
About the Role
As a Contact Center Officer, you will report to the Contact Center Manager and work closely with our Operations and Campaigns teams. Your main responsibility will be managing Hungarian-language member correspondence in a friendly, transparent, and efficient manner, ensuring that subscription, donation, and campaign queries are tracked and resolved each week.
You will help connect supporters with the wider CitizenGO team by sharing recurring concerns, reporting technical issues, and identifying campaign opportunities raised by members. Your insights will help us improve our communications and understand the community we serve.
You will also translate and adapt materials into Hungarian, update Help Center pages, and improve the templates and resources that support our daily work. AI will be part of that work, from refining draft responses to testing workflows and helping improve chatbot answers, with careful attention to accuracy and a personal tone.
Although Hungarian-language correspondence will be your primary focus, you will also cover other language inboxes as needed, using AI-assisted translation and drafting tools. This may include providing coverage when another team member is out of office. This role calls for sound judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving the supporter experience.
