Help riders schedule and coordinate transportation for healthcare appointments and other essential needs. Resolve questions and concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach. Coordinate with transportation providers and Guides to ensure reliable service. Meet established performance and service goals. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of contact center or customer service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset. Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and commitment to exceptional service. Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM. English proficiency (reading, speaking, and listening). High-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace. Work Environment 100% Remote / Work From Home This is a primarily sedentary role requiring extended periods of sitting and frequent computer, phone, and keyboard use. Because this role may involve access to protected health information (PHI), employees must maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy and security requirements.
