At Noxtua, we're building European Legal Intelligence: Legal Agents that prepare review-ready work for legal professionals across Europe. Our marketing team's mission is to make Noxtua the name legal professionals across Europe know and trust.

As our Content & Campaign Manager (m/f/d), you'll turn marketing objectives into campaign ideas, compelling stories and high-quality content, with a strong focus on video. You'll own the creative process from the first idea to the final asset: concepts, scripts, briefs and production. You'll work hand in hand with our Social Media Manager, who owns publishing, community management and performance analysis, and with internal experts, filmmakers and external agencies to bring our campaigns to life.

You'll report to Rafael Arcoverde, Brand Marketing Lead, who has spent 19 years in marketing, working on projects for clients including Warner Bros., Hornbach, McDonald's, Sheraton, Red Bull, Unilever and Bunge. His background is in Social Communication (Advertising), and he holds an MBA with a specialisation in Marketing. He has worked in hyper-growth tech start-ups and with global teams.

About you

• You have 4 years plus in content marketing, campaign management, creative strategy or a similar role, with a strong understanding of social media content formats and digital storytelling.

• Creative partners: experience briefing and coordinating filmmakers, creative agencies, and other creative partners.

• Your storytelling & scriptwriting, and copywriting skills are strong and shown in a portfolio of campaigns and video content you've shaped.

• Video production: practical experience with video content production, including production workflows and pre-production.

• You run several campaigns and deadlines at once, with a creative mindset and a structured, hands-on approach to execution.

• Communication & languages: excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in English; German is a plus

Your responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts: create year-round campaigns for social media and other digital channels, turning marketing objectives into content ideas, campaign narratives and creative formats, and bring in new storytelling approaches and video formats.

• Shape the content and campaign roadmap: contribute to the annual roadmap and align it with the Social Media Manager's strategy and publishing calendar.

• Write scripts and set creative direction: write scripts, storylines, creative briefs and content outlines for video-led campaigns, setting messaging, tone of voice, visual references and storytelling approach.

• Run production end to end: plan and coordinate production with filmmakers, agencies and other partners, brief and direct them, and manage timelines, deliverables, feedback rounds and approvals through to final delivery.

• Adapt content for every platform: turn each campaign concept into formats and variations for the relevant platforms, consistent with our brand identity and communication objectives.

• Align and hand over: gather insights and align messaging with internal teams, and hand finished assets over to the Social Media Manager for publishing and distribution.
