Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that helps communities recover after disasters and gets children back in school. The position is full-time and is responsible for setting the direction for how All Hands & Hearts speaks to donors, supporters, partners, and the public, and owns the blog, email, and social channels that carry that voice. The role keeps affected communities at the center of every story and turns that storytelling into awareness, engagement, and fundraising.
During disaster activations, the Content & Communications Lead supports response communications, working closely with the Development and Operations teams to share accurate, dignified, timely messages across channels. Between activations, the Lead plans and runs the editorial calendar and keeps a steady pipeline of ready-to-use content with the Multimedia Content Producer and Visual Content Creator.
This position is based in the U.S.
