Content Creator

• We're a Dubai real estate company (Binayah Properties) looking for a remote Content Creator to own our social media: the ideas, the videos and the results.

You'll take what our team captures in Dubai (property footage, photos, listings, market news) and turn it into content people actually stop for, using both professional editing and AI video tools.

Your week will look like this

• Planning a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Editing short-form videos and Reels in Premiere Pro from our raw footage

• Creating AI-generated video and visuals to fill gaps where filming isn't possible

• Writing hooks, captions and scripts in clear, natural English

• Publishing, replying to comments and reporting on what worked

• Spotting trends early and adapting them for property content

What we need from you

• 2+ years creating content for brand social media accounts, with results you can show

• 2+ years of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro (CapCut alone is not enough)

• Real, published work made with AI video tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Sora or Seedance

• Excellent written English

Bonus points for

• Real estate, property or luxury lifestyle content

• After Effects or motion graphics

• Experience running Meta ads

Pay: ₱35,000–51,000 per month. Full-time, fully remote.

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a short practical task.
