THE OPPORTUNITY

We're working with an innovative and growing business looking for a talented Video Editor & Content Creator to join its creative team.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves bringing ideas to life through engaging video, social content and motion graphics. You'll take ownership of content production across multiple platforms, from long-form video and podcast editing through to short-form social content, creative assets and original concepts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Editing long-form video content, interviews and podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms.
• Transforming longer videos into engaging Reels, TikToks, Shorts and social clips.
• Developing creative concepts, scripts, shot lists and content calendars.
• Creating social assets including carousels, static posts, stories and thumbnails.
• Shooting video and photography content, including on-location projects and events.
• Operating camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Creating motion graphics, animations, transitions and branded video assets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, particularly motion graphics and animation.
• Experience editing both long-form and short-form video content.
• A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Experience creating social media content and visual assets.
• Hands-on experience shooting and producing video content.
• Strong storytelling, editing and creative judgement.
