Content Creator Intern

Your role

• Create high-engagement content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn: Reels, short-form videos, carousels and posts

• Develop content ideas and formats that grow our community and drive Founding Member sign-ups

• Capture events, collaborations and behind-the-scenes moments, and turn them into content fast

• Adapt one idea to each platform: playful on TikTok, aesthetic on Instagram, founder- and brand-story on LinkedIn

• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and double down on what works

• Work with creators, partners and the founding team on campaigns and launches

Grow with us

You'll work hand in hand with our CMO, with direct feedback, real ownership and a front-row seat to how a consumer brand is built from launch. You'll learn a lot, fast.

If your performance is strong, there's the opportunity to take on more responsibility and expand into other marketing topics, such as campaigns, partnerships, community, events and performance marketing.

What you bring

• Proven track record: content you created that performed, ideally with numbers (please include examples)

• Experience with consumer goods: food, beverage, beauty, lifestyle or similar brands

• A strong feel for trends, hooks and storytelling in short-form video

• Hands-on skills in shooting and editing on mobile (CapCut or similar); design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a plus

• Independent, fast and reliable, comfortable owning your channels end to end

• Fluent English & German

• Interest in sport, longevity, wellbeing or lifestyle

• Compensation max. CHF 1200 on 100%
