About the Role

For a position as a Content Creator, we are looking for a creative individual with a background in media studies, multimedia design, or digital marketing. In this role, you will create content tailored to specific target audiences for social media and digital channels. Through compelling storytelling and visual content, you will support employer branding and strengthen the employer brand’s visibility.

Responsibilities

Conceiving and creating social media content with a focus on employer branding.

Developing and implementing storytelling concepts for digital channels.

Designing and editing images and graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.

Tailoring content to specific target audiences to authentically represent the employer brand.

Optional, depending on experience: Contributing to the conception and implementation of video productions.

Qualifications

Experience creating social media content in the field of employer branding.

Experience in storytelling for digital channels, preferably in the finance/banking sector.

Knowledge of graphic design and image editing, for example using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.

Experience in video production is a plus.

Ideally, at least three years of professional experience in digital marketing.

Required Skills

Experience creating social media content in the field of employer branding.

Experience in storytelling for digital channels, preferably in the finance/banking sector.

Knowledge of graphic design and image editing, for example using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.
