Reapra is hiring!
At Reapra, we are trying to influence societal change by shaping new forms of entrepreneurship. Through our process of research and practice, we seek to co-create future industries that are focused on the long-term wellbeing of people and planet.
Reapra is seeking a Content and Curriculum Intern to join our Organisation Development & Research Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Create and disseminate content in different forms to enable learning and understanding
- Help design and implement effective systems for continuously updating, refining, and distributing information across diverse user groups.
- Support meetings, events and other administrative tasks
We are seeking inquisitive, reflective individuals—including career changers—who thrive in cross-cultural and interdisciplinary collaboration. We seek candidates driven by continuous personal growth who embrace unconventional approaches and desire to learn purposefully with a beginner's mindset. They find joy and motivation in storytelling, digital visual presentation, and distilling complex information for diverse audiences in compelling ways. Candidates who are eager to explore, learn, and connect ideas across fields will find this role particularly engaging.
It may also be of interest to those with prior exposure to entrepreneurial or start-up environments, and those who want to contribute to long-term social and business impact.
The internship (which can be either part-time or full-time contract) can be conducted either hybrid or fully remotely, noting that you will be working closely with team members in the GMT+8/9 time zones and expected to communicate with those team members during their working hours. The length of the role will be a minimum of 1 month, with opportunities to renew. The role will also require strong ability to communicate in English and one other Asian language (preferably Japanese).
