About The Role

As Content & Curriculum Lead you will own the language of the Jiveesha ecosystem: screening scripts a teacher reads aloud, training curricula for frontline workers, parent guidance that informs without alarming — across multiple Indian languages, with translation partners who understand nuance.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain screening scripts with the clinical team.
• Build training curricula for teachers and anganwadi workers.
• Own the parent-facing content library across languages.
• Manage translation and localisation with regional partners.
• Enforce the dignity rule in every sentence: support needed, never lack.
• Test content in the field and revise from what you hear.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Background in instructional design, health communication or editorial leadership.
• Multilingual sensibility; Odia/Hindi/Telugu a plus.
• Experience writing for low-literacy audiences.
• Belief that clarity is a form of respect.
