About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outbound calls, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the business development team.

This role is best suited for individuals who are confident communicators, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and communicate the company's offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, customer engagement, or business development.
• Experience in marketing or sales will be an added advantage.
