Role Purpose:
The Content Designer & Video Editor is responsible for turning content briefs into engaging visual concepts and high-quality designs that strengthen HEXA’s employer brand and internal communication.
The role contributes to HEXA by creating consistent, modern, and memorable visual content across social media, recruitment campaigns, company culture, events, and internal communications.
How We Work
This is a Part-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Time zone: Indochina time (GMT +7)
- Monday to Friday: 8 PM - 12 AM
- Total of 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week
What You Will Do
- Translate content briefs into strong visual concepts and provide creative direction when needed.
- Design approximately 12–15 social media and internal communication posts per month, including static graphics, carousels, announcements, and campaign materials.
- Produce approximately 2–5 videos per month for recruitment campaigns, employee stories, company culture, events, and internal communications.
- Maintain and continuously enhance HEXA’s employer-brand visual identity across all designs and videos.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and design assets to improve content production efficiency.
- Manage creative workflows, revisions, timelines, and approval processes.
- Organize creative files and maintain version control.
- Apply feedback accurately and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the People Operations Manager.
What You Bring
- Background: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, visual content, employer branding, or a related field.
- Language & Communication: Professional working proficiency in English. with the ability to understand creative briefs and communicate effectively with team members.
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
- Technical Skill:
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and visual communication.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, video pacing, and social media formats.
- Preferable Skill:
- Having experience with email marketing tools is a huge plus point.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented.
What Success Look Like
- Visual content consistently delivers a strong, polished, and distinctive brand experience.
- Designs and videos effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience.
- HEXA’s employer-brand identity becomes more consistent, modern, attractive, and memorable over time.
- 12–15 design posts and 2–5 videos per month are delivered on time and to a high quality standard.
- Creative assets, templates, revisions, and workflows are well organized and support efficient content production.
- Creative ideas are proactively improved when opportunities are identified, while maintaining alignment with HEXA’s brand and communication objectives.
