Content Management Specialist (Pharmaceuticals) - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Tieto Tech Consulting’s team in Bulgaria consists of 500+ professionals specializing in the development of tailored digital solutions in diverse industries.

We are looking for a Content Management Specialist to support the preparation, configuration, validation, and delivery of content for clinical studies. The role requires strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and the ability to work with complex and frequently changing requirements.

This role is based on a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in our Sofia office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage study requirements and configuration files, including complex and frequently changing inputs
• Create, update, and manage different content types in Contentstack or other CMS platforms
• Coordinate content preparation, translations, testing, and deployment to production
• Validate content across different browsers, ideally using BrowserStack
• Work closely with different stakeholders and proactively request the information and inputs needed for delivery
• Work with pharma and clinical terminology and understand study-specific content and requirements
• Manage multiple priorities, detailed content changes, and tight delivery deadlines
• Ensure content is accurate, complete, and consistent before release

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Very good communication skills and command in English
• Very strong attention to detail and comfortable working with complex or unstructured inputs
• Experience with CMS platforms and content operations
• Experience in pharma, clinical trials, or clinical study environments is a strong advantage
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proactive approach to gathering information and following up with stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under tight deadlines
• Structured and reliable when handling detailed content and configuration changes

A significant advantage would be

• Hands-on experience with Contentstack
• Experience with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing tools
• Previous experience working with clinical study content, terminology, or configuration
