WHAT WE DO AT REFLECT DIGITAL?
Reflect Digital is the digital marketing agency your customers will thank you for hiring.
Putting our clients’ customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and eCommerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer centricity. We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies.
We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via. The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion. This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth.
Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognitions, including BIMA Agency Of The Year 2024, Campaign's 3rd Best Place to Work in 2025, Employer of the Year, and Best Integrated Campaign (Large) 2024 with Brakes, among others demonstrating both our commitment to our team and delivering truly strategic campaigns for our clients.
About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creative storytelling, data-led insights, and human behaviour?
We’re on the lookout for a Content Manager to take ownership of content strategy, planning, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. In this role, you’ll blend search data, audience insights, and behavioural science to craft content strategies that boost organic visibility, drive engagement, and deliver tangible commercial impact.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll lead overarching content strategies while staying close to the creative work itself, shaping ideas, reviewing content, and guiding a talented, multi-disciplinary team. If you’re excited to stay ahead of the curve as search evolves across traditional SEO, AI search experiences, video, and emerging channels, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
High-Quality Execution & Hands-On Ownership
End-to-end management: Oversee content creation from initial research, briefing, and ideation through to drafting, editing, approval, and publishing.
Hands-on creation: Maintain a hands-on approach to key strategic deliverables, showcasing top-tier writing, storytelling, and editorial judgement.
Maintain quality standards: Champion brand tone of voice, accessibility, consistency, source accuracy, and audience relevance across all client outputs.
Quality assurance: Review and QA content created by team members, providing constructive feedback to maintain Reflect Digital’s best-in-class standards.
Responsible AI integration: Use AI tools thoughtfully to support research, ideation, and production efficiency without sacrificing human creativity or accuracy.
Workflow optimisation: Refine content processes, templates, and publishing workflows to boost productivity and maintain delivery standards across accounts.
Collaborative Client Management & Account Growth
Portfolio leadership: Own content delivery for your designated portfolio, managing budgets, scope, timelines, and campaign KPIs.
Build trusted partnerships: Develop deep relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, audience motivations, and commercial challenges.
Persuasive communication: Present strategies, campaign rationale, and performance updates clearly and confidently to key stakeholders.
Commercial growth: Spot opportunities for integrated campaigns, new content formats, and upselling opportunities in collaboration with our Growth Managers.
New business support: Help shape pitches, proposals, and deck materials to showcase the strength of Reflect Digital’s content offering.
Data-Driven Strategy & Measurement
Define success metrics: Work with SEO and Growth specialists to set meaningful KPIs aligned with wider business objectives (visibility, engagement, organic traffic, conversions).
Monitor search evolution: Track performance across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
Turn data into action: Transform performance analytics and audience insights into actionable, clear recommendations that refine future strategy.
Content optimisation: Identify underperforming assets and create refresh plans to improve relevance, visibility, and return on investment.
Knowledge sharing: Share performance learnings and evidence-backed insights across the department to strengthen strategy across all accounts.
Mentorship & Team Culture
Support team growth: Mentor and coach junior colleagues, providing clear feedback to help them grow their skills, autonomy, and confidence.
Cross-discipline synergy: Work closely with Digital PR, SEO, Behavioural Science, Creative, and Growth teams to build fully integrated digital strategies.
Foster curiosity: Contribute to an ambitious, supportive team culture that values continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Content Expertise: Background in content marketing, content strategy, and SEO copywriting within an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to convert audience data, search insights, and behavioural principles into effective multi-channel strategies.
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of account profitability, scope management, upselling, and client retention.
Strong Communicator: Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client management skills.
Hands-On Craft: Strong editorial skills with meticulous attention to detail and high standards for brand voice and accuracy.
Forward-Thinking: Adaptable and curious about evolving search behaviours, AI tools, social platforms, and new content formats.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Measurable Strategy: Content strategies that consistently achieve client targets across brand authority, organic visibility, and conversions.
High Standards: Delivering high-performing, well-researched, and engaging content assets across every account.
Strong Relationships: Clients trust your strategic counsel, leading to high retention and account growth.
Integrated Campaigns: Seamless cross-department collaboration that brings out the best of our Digital PR, SEO, Creative, and Behavioural Science expertise.
Empowered Team: Junior colleagues feel supported and guided in their ongoing professional development.
