Content Marketing Executive

Start Monday is an expanding recruitment company helping businesses, predominantly in the Automotive Sector, source talented candidates.

As the role of Content Marketing Executive is (initially) part-time, it would ideally suit a new graduate or freelancer. Candidates will be judged on writing abilities and attention to detail, not experience. As such, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your writing skills and kick-start your career.

The Role:

• Grow the Start Monday community by creating engaging content across multiple channels
• Create and manage online advertising
• CRM, website tracking
• Update the SM website
• Become an advocate for Start Monday in social media spaces, engaging in discussions and answering questions where appropriate
• Monitor trends in social media tools, channels, design and strategy

Who we'd love:

• A creative individual
• Experience in a similar role or evidence of strong immersion in online activity (your own blog, social media, website etc)
• Excellent writing skills
• A great eye for design
• Copywriting experience
• Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
• A love for technology and interest in experimenting with new channels
• Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, Twitter ads platform)
• Strong Wordpress, SEO, Google Analytics knowledge
• Comfortable using design software (Photoshop, Canva etc)
• Ability to think on your feet and react quickly and confidently
• Analytical in your thinking - constantly measuring online activities

• Email marketing experience
