CONTENT SPECIALIST INDUSTRY: Blockchain/Web3, B2B Tech B2B: PLN 60 - 80 / Hour 💰 LOCATION: POZNAŃ, POLAND (hybrid) START DATE: FROM AUGUST 2026 We work in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the value of in-office collaboration. This role involves a stronger on-site presence to support teamwork, communication, and close cooperation with stakeholders. Key Services and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success 🚀 Scope of services: Strategy & Planning Build and maintain a quarterly content plan tied to business and pipeline goals Define content priorities based on analytics, search data, and competitive research Establish measurement frameworks, track performance, identify what works, and document learnings Execution Create high-quality B2B tech content across formats, including blog articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and website content Produce YouTube content end-to-end — script, film, and edit both long-form videos and Shorts Repurpose core content into multiple assets tailored to different channels and formats Ensure discoverability of content through keyword research, basic on-page SEO, and content optimization Ownership Independently make editorial and distribution decisions, escalating only significant strategic changes Work directly with clients on case studies and coordinate interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) Manage the content calendar and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and company-owned channels Prepare briefs and provide actionable feedback to designers and video editors Here’s a set of skills we require: Marketing & Strategy Experience building and executing content strategies from scratch Ability to connect content decisions to business outcomes such as pipeline generation, traffic growth, and brand awareness Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting content audits and presenting recommendations independently Copywriting Craft Strong portfolio of B2B content demonstrating editorial judgment and a distinctive voice Understanding of hooks, content structure, CTAs, and platform-specific communication styles Ability to use AI tools effectively as accelerators while maintaining original ideas, structure, and voice YouTube & Shorts Hands-on experience filming and editing video content, including Shorts and basic long-form formats Proven track record creating and publishing B2B or technology-focused YouTube content with measurable results Deep understanding of Shorts as a distinct format, including retention mechanics, hooks, algorithm dynamics, and platform constraints Portfolio showcasing at least one Shorts strategy or content series supported by performance data Analytics & Testing Experience reviewing performance data and making content decisions based on insights Familiarity with content experiments such as testing headlines, formats, or publishing schedules Ability to proactively prepare and present content performance reports Independence & Drive Experience operating as the primary or sole content owner within a company or project Demonstrated initiative in identifying and pursuing content opportunities without direct supervision Ability to independently manage execution while escalating strategic questions when necessary Industry Knowledge Background in blockchain, web3, institutional IT, or the broader B2B technology sector Ability to interview subject matter experts and turn complex technical conversations into engaging content Language Professional proficiency in English at C1 level or higher (mandatory; verified during the recruitment process) Design & Visual Sense Ability to create simple supporting visuals and content assets Strong visual judgment and the ability to provide specific, constructive feedback to designers and video editors Tools: Video (core): filming and editing for Shorts and long-form — CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar; YouTube Studio Design: Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator Social & scheduling: LinkedIn Company Page; a content scheduling tool of their choice Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, native LinkedIn & YouTube Studio analytics AI: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — used as accelerators Publishing: WordPress (basic publishing); Google Docs/Slides Nice-to-have: HubSpot or similar marketing automation Career Advancement at Your Fingertips: Explore Opportunities with Us 🔥 By joining us you will get: Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely Private medical healthcare offered by Luxmed Benefit System - MultiSport Card Excellent conditions for skills development: (1) Possibility to upgrade your English for business needs due to working time (2) Internal Training (3) Lighting Talks regarding technology & development issues, We support the development of your personal brand as an expert!
