Content Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a creative Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our Pinterest presence, expand our organic social reach, and help fill the marketing funnel with high-quality niche influencers and content creators. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social media platforms well, can create content within a brand kit and style guide, and is comfortable balancing Pinterest management, influencer outreach, market research, blogging, and organic SEO. We are always looking for enthusiastic, problem-solving personalities. Fluent English and exceptional teamwork skills are required for all of our positions. Qualifications: • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum). • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. • Strong understanding of Pinterest and social media platforms, with the ability to manage boards, create and publish Pins consistently, and grow an organic audience. • Strong eye for design and the ability to create content that aligns with an established brand kit and style guide. • Experience with influencer and content creator outreach across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok; experience across multiple platforms is a plus. • Strong market research skills with the ability to identify relevant target clients, audiences, niches, influencers, and content opportunities. • Strong writing and content creation skills, including the ability to write and publish blog content. • Understanding of organic SEO and how to create and optimize website content for search. • Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives independently and work effectively with a manager who provides direction and support. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of the company's Pinterest presence, including managing boards and publishing Pins consistently. • Develop and maintain Pinterest content that aligns with the company's brand kit and visual style. • Research Pinterest trends, audiences, keywords, and content opportunities to help grow organic reach and engagement. • Conduct market research to identify the right target clients and relevant niches for the company's growth efforts. • Identify, research, and reach out to relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms. • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality niche influencers and content creators who align with the company's target audience. • Identify potential creators and influencers, including profiles such as Sarah Sweeten and DearIsabel, for potential outreach and collaboration. • Create and publish blog posts and additional content that support the company's marketing and growth goals. • Develop and implement organic SEO practices across website and blog content to improve discoverability. • Research relevant topics and keywords to guide blog content and other organic marketing efforts. • Support the growth of the marketing funnel through consistent content creation, organic search visibility, and targeted influencer outreach. • Monitor content and marketing efforts and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
