What you'll do:
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Arabic, including text, images, videos, and other digital content, according to established policies and guidelines.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform standards, community guidelines, or safety policies.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely decisions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Handle potentially sensitive or challenging content professionally and in line with established wellbeing and escalation procedures.
- Accurately document moderation decisions and relevant cases using internal systems and digital tools.
- Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate teams while following established processes.
- Stay up to date with policy changes, quality standards, and market-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to continuously improve moderation quality, processes, and user experience.
What we're looking for:
- C1 level of Arabic (written and spoken).
- B2 level of English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make consistent decisions based on established guidelines.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust & safety, social media, quality assurance, or another customer-facing/digital role is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, online content, and technology-enabled tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Emotionally resilient and able to work professionally with potentially sensitive content.
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-changing digital environment.
- Comfortable working in a contact center environment and following a hybrid work model in Istanbul.
