Content & Operations Virtual Assistant (RA)

Position: Content & Operations Virtual Assistant Industry: Exterior Cleaning & Christmas Lighting Location: Remote | Full-Time We are looking for a highly proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Content & Operations Virtual Assistant to become the operational and content backbone of two growing service businesses. This role combines content creation, marketing support, administrative operations, and systems management. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership, execute independently, and help free leadership to focus on growth, sales, and business coaching. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Marketing Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content Edit videos using tools like CapCut and learn platforms like Insta360 Write captions that feel authentic, engaging, and human Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to generate and refine content ideas Help grow YouTube, Facebook, and social media presence Support monetization efforts through content strategy and affiliate opportunities Administrative & Operational Support Monitor inboxes and prioritize urgent opportunities and client requests Handle product ordering, shipment tracking, and website updates Assist with onboarding new staff and managing app access/credentials Support bookkeeping tasks such as downloading bank statements and organizing records Manage communication across WhatsApp, Voxer, Gmail, and other platforms Create concise travel summaries with top options and pricing Systems & Quality Control Review CompanyCAM photos for quality and documentation completeness Monitor marketing performance and sales reports Check Ring cameras and notify leadership if systems go offline Support process improvement and operational organization Requirements: Strong video editing and content creation skills Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude Excellent written communication and caption writing ability Ability to match a natural, engaging brand voice Strong organizational and multitasking skills Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and initiative Ability to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable using: Customer Factor CompanyCAM CapCut Zapier Gmail WhatsApp Voxer What Success Looks Like: Producing 20+ high-quality content pieces monthly Supporting lead generation and brand growth Helping generate revenue through YouTube and marketing channels Becoming a trusted operational partner who improves efficiency and execution
