πŸ’‘ About the Role

We are looking for a Content Operations & Workflow Specialist to join our team and provide expert support across Workfront, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and downstream content systems.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for users, helping ensure data accuracy, workflow quality, correct project configuration, and smooth asset flow across the entire content lifecycle.

You will combine hands-on user support and troubleshooting with root cause analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.


πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities

πŸ‘₯ User Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for users requiring support with Workfront, DAM, project setup, asset submission, and workflow-related questions.
  • Guide users on correct metadata, workflow, routing, and PCC configuration.
  • Help users understand how PCC rules and project configurations impact downstream systems, publishing, localization, and automation.
  • Identify recurring issues, user challenges, and training gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Provide input for process documentation, training materials, and simplified workflows.
  • Communicate potential issues caused by incorrect metadata or Workfront project/task setup to relevant stakeholders.


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Workfront configuration, PCCs, metadata, workflow routing, and stalled tasks.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify workflow or configuration issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Report platform bugs and IT issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and severity classification.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and system administrators to escalate and track complex issues through resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure correct product association through asset trackers in accordance with PCC rules.


πŸ“Š Workfront & DAM Accuracy

  • Create, validate, and audit Workfront projects to ensure accurate PCC configuration, metadata, and workflow routing.
  • Ensure projects comply with governance rules, operational standards, and downstream system requirements.
  • Validate that DAM assets meet technical and metadata requirements.
  • Monitor workflow dependencies and identify potential issues that could impact localization, publishing, distribution, or automation.


🀝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business, support, technical, and system teams to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows.
  • Participate in process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow improvement discussions.
  • Support escalations and contribute to long-term technical and operational solutions.
  • Communicate system gaps, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement to relevant stakeholders.


βš™οΈ Process Improvement

  • Contribute to improving workflows, SOPs, documentation, and automation opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual activities and improve system usability and content delivery reliability.
  • Provide recommendations for process enhancements and work with system owners to implement improvements.


🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in application support, content operations, workflow management, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of workflow processes, metadata, routing logic, and system configurations.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into practical process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing complex workflows.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
