As Content Producer, you will be the creative engine driving Formula E’s digital narrative. Your primary mission is to bridge elite motorsport with youth culture by producing high-impact, "social-first" content that demystifies complex technology and amplifies driver personalities.

Predominantly based at our London broadcast facility during race weekends, you will handle the full production lifecycle - ideating, live-clipping, editing, and publishing short-form video and graphics at speed to capture millions of fans across global time zones.

About Formula E:

Formula E, the world's fastest-growing sport, is redefining motorsport with a bold focus on innovation and sustainability.

Hosting over 150 races in iconic cities globally and backed by top manufacturers like Porsche, Nissan and Jaguar, we feature elite drivers and cutting-edge EV technology.

As the world's first certified B Corp sport and the first sport certified to the British Standards Institution (BSI) Net Zero Pathway. Formula E combines thrilling entertainment with a mission to advance sustainable progress, inspiring a global fanbase with our high-performance brand new GEN4 car capable of hitting speeds of 335kph and reaching 200kph in just 4.4 seconds. Currently achieving 0-100 kmh in 1.8 seconds.

Using the spectacle of sport, we are sending a powerful and meaningful message to help alter perceptions and speed-up the switch to electric mobility.

The Role:

  • Social-First Production: Create platform-native vertical video (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and graphic templates optimised for high viewer retention.

  • Live Event Hub Publishing: Staff live event windows from our London broadcast facility, performing fast-turnaround clipping, editing, and posting of racing action with zero lag.

  • Story Translation: Translate complex sporting regulations, trackside action, and sustainability stories into accessible visual content.

  • Trend & Cultural Innovation: Monitor viral formats, audio hooks, and visual editing trends to continuously elevate Formula E’s creative output.

  • Editorial & Content Planning: Manage content plans, post-production calendars, and graphic asset libraries ahead of race weekends and campaign rollouts.

  • Performance-Driven Iteration: Analyse content performance metrics and retention data alongside the Insights team to refine future creative formats.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Production Track Record: Proven background in social-first video and multimedia content creation within sports, live events, or entertainment.

  • Technical Editing Toolkit: Proficiency in professional editing suites—specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop—alongside live clipping tools (such as WSC or Slate).

  • Live Hub Execution: Demonstrated ability to clip, edit, and deliver fast-turnaround video under the high-pressure conditions of a live broadcast or digital gallery environment.

  • Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of short-form video pacing, hook creation, kinetic captions, and native formatting specifications across major social platforms.

  • Editorial & Brand Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail to preserve brand consistency and accurate coverage during live, fast-paced publishing.

  • Location: Predominantly London-based for race-weekend coverage, with flexibility for select international travel.

What's in it for you?

  • 25 days' annual leave, Birthday day off and Wellbeing leave

  • Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event

  • Health Cash Plan and access to the Aviva Digital Workplace app

  • Enhanced Parental Leave

  • Flexible Bank Holidays

  • Paid volunteer and carer's leave
