We're looking for a Content Production Specialist to help deliver high-quality marketing and communication assets that drive engagement across multiple channels.

Working with marketing, product, digital and regional teams, you'll transform briefs and source content into polished, production-ready assets for campaigns, web, social media, email, events and sales enablement. If you're highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy turning ideas into impactful content, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do

• Produce and adapt content for campaigns, websites, landing pages, email, social media and events. Use approved AI tools where helpful to draft and adapt content, checking outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Create and maintain presentations, product communications and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative and localisation teams to deliver content on time.
• Adapt global content for local markets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage content files, templates, assets and version control.
• Support content libraries, reusable templates and production processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, formatting, brand alignment and readiness for publication.

What we require

• Experience in content production, marketing communications, digital content, creative production or content operations.
• Proven hands-on experience producing and adapting content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Understanding of brand guidelines, messaging and content best practices.
• Experience working with content management systems, DAM platforms and content editing or publishing tools.
• Practical familiarity with AI content tools, including clear prompting and critical review of outputs, plus a willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to manage agreed priorities and flag conflicting requests or delivery risks early.
• Fluent English is essential. Additional relevant market languages are a plus.
