Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Strategist and copywriter with over 5 years of experience in content creation, editorial management, content marketing, and strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Content to develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients’ business objectives and resonate with their target audience. You will be part of a multi-disclinary collaborative team dedicated to crafting compelling content solutions that drive engagement and support our clients’ marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Content and to build and implement content and communication strategies across multiple platforms.
- Content Marketing Campaigns: Generate innovative content marketing campaign ideas that effectively promote our clients’ brand and drive audience engagement.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including copywriting, editorial pieces, and other content formats, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to ensure that all content aligns with the overall brand narrative and meets the highest creative standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present content strategies and campaign ideas to internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Deadline Management: Ensure all content projects are completed on time, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Tackle content-related challenges with innovative solutions, maintaining a proactive and can-do attitude.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, editorial, content marketing, or content management.
- Creative Skills: Strong creative prowess with a proven track record of developing engaging content and marketing campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform content strategies and improve content performance.
- Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess challenges and generate effective solutions.
- Presenting Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think on your feet and deliver results.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, reporting to senior team members and contributing to group success.
- Deadline-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
