Content Writer (Conversion Optimization)

Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer with 1–2 years of professional experience who specializes in creating persuasive, high-impact content aimed at driving sales and increasing conversion rates . The ideal candidate understands user psychology, funnel strategy, and how to craft content that motivates action. Key Responsibilities Write compelling and conversion-focused content for websites, landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, and social media. Craft persuasive product descriptions, value propositions, and CTAs that drive sales and conversions . Develop content tailored for each stage of the customer journey—awareness, consideration, and decision. Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices to attract high-intent organic traffic. Analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Hotjar. Conduct A/B testing on copy, CTAs, offers, and messaging to improve overall conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to build targeted content campaigns. Stay updated with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), consumer behavior trends, and industry best practices. Ensure high content quality by maintaining brand voice, clarity, and value-driven messaging. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in content writing, ideally in sales-driven or conversion-focused roles. Strong experience in writing persuasive, sales-centric, and conversion-oriented content. Good understanding of CRO principles, funnel-building, user intent, and persuasive writing. Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
