The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early career professional with a passion for supply chain management and a keen interest in developing talent and skills frameworks. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: 1. Accelerate the Fellow Program in SC Planning Assist in identifying and nurturing talent within the supply chain team Collaborate with HR to develop and implement talent retention strategies Support mentorship and knowledge-sharing initiatives 2. Skill Matrix and Job Framework Help develop and maintain a comprehensive skill matrix for supply chain roles Assist in defining standard roles and responsibilities across the supply chain function Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and competency frameworks 3. Skill Assessment Conduct skill gap analyses to identify strengths and weaknesses among teams Assist in developing assessment tools and methodologies Analyze assessment results and provide insights to management 4. Development Contribute to the creation of individual and team training plans Assist in identifying relevant training resources and programs Track and report on training effectiveness and completion rates 5. Competency Help ensure high-quality experiences for team members through competency-based development Assist in aligning competencies with business objectives and industry standards Support the implementation of competency-based performance evaluations 6.
