Job Description Job Title: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST II Posting Start Date: 6/16/26 At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Description: Job Overview This role will focus on talent development, skills management, and continuous improvement within our supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early career professional with a passion for supply chain management and a keen interest in developing talent and skills frameworks. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: 1. Accelerate the Fellow Program in SC Planning Assist in identifying and nurturing talent within the supply chain team Collaborate with HR to develop and implement talent retention strategies Support mentorship and knowledge-sharing initiatives 2. Skill Matrix and Job Framework Help develop and maintain a comprehensive skill matrix for supply chain roles Assist in defining standard roles and responsibilities across the supply chain function Support the creation and updating of job descriptions and competency frameworks 3. Skill Assessment Conduct skill gap analyses to identify strengths and weaknesses among teams Assist in developing assessment tools and methodologies Analyze assessment results and provide insights to management 4. Development Contribute to the creation of individual and team training plans Assist in identifying relevant training resources and programs Track and report on training effectiveness and completion rates 5. Competency Help ensure high-quality experiences for team members through competency-based development Assist in aligning competencies with business objectives and industry standards Support the implementation of competency-based performance evaluations 6. Talent Heatmap Contribute to the development and maintenance of a talent heatmap Assist in identifying top performers across different supply chain functions Support succession planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights Qualifications: Educational Degree Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Professional Experience 2 years of experience in supply chain or a related field (internships and co-op experiences are valuable) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Keen interest in talent development and skills management Familiarity with supply chain processes and terminology Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of HR information systems or talent management software Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies Key Competencies Analytical thinking and data interpretation Project management and organization Attention to detail Interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability and willingness to learn Creativity and innovation in problem-solving What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork Job Locations: Southkey Hub 2, Indo-China Drive Muntinlupa, National Capital Region 1780 Philippines Posting City: Muntinlupa Job Country: Philippines Travel Required: Less than 10% Requisition ID: 154019 Workplace Type: Remote External Careers Page: Continuous Improvement
