- Architectural Strategy & CTEM Evolution: Collaborate with Director-level leadership to define the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) roadmap, balancing asset protection with business velocity while overseeing the implementation and automation of modern security platforms.
- Remediation Orchestration & ITSM Integration: Build and optimize the "Discovery-to-Remediation" lifecycle by architecting automated hand-off workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem to accelerate mean time to treatment and streamline tracking activities.
- Continuous Control Validation: Direct automated testing workflows to transcend point-in-time assessments, delivering real-time validation of security control efficacy across the national enterprise landscape.
- Technical Governance & Executive Risk Translation: Quantify enterprise posture through complex KPIs (e.g., Attack Surface Coverage, Control Gap Analytics) and translate deep technical vulnerabilities into actionable, business-centric risk narratives for Board-level decision-making.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
- degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Cyber-Economic Modeling & Advanced Automation: Experience applying quantitative frameworks to calculate the financial impact of cyber risk and optimize vendor ROI, complemented by proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell to build custom middleware and API integrations for disparate security datasets where native tooling falls short.
- Adaptive Resilience & Strategic Agility: Proven ability to rapidly pivot program priorities in response to emerging threat vectors, bringing a continuous growth mindset to challenge legacy processes and meet the speed of modern cyber demands.
