Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Contract Analyst to support contract compliance workflows within the construction sector. This is a full-time offshore opportunity with a platform specializing in construction contract compliance. The successful candidate will review construction contracts, extract key obligations, and ensure accurate data entry into compliance systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong contract administration experience and familiarity with construction or legal documents. You’ll be part of a process-driven team, working within a structured and high-accuracy environment. Responsibilities: Review construction contracts, subcontracts, scopes of work, and special conditions. Identify and extract key contractual obligations including: Notice requirements and time bars Variations and extension of time (EOT) provisions Payment claim processes, certification workflows, retention/release conditions Accurately enter and validate extracted data in the Clawz platform. Support compliance workflows (e.g., notices, checklists, deadlines). Track critical contractual dates and triggers to support operational compliance. Perform quality checks on contract data and outputs, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, templates, and workflows. Requirements Undergraduate Law degree (LLB or equivalent). Proven experience in contract administration, compliance, or a legal assistant/paralegal role. Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to interpret and summarise complex contractual clauses. Strong English proficiency and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows. Comfortable working with technical documents and long-form contracts. Preferred Experience: Construction industry exposure (subcontractors, builders, consultants, or project admin roles). Familiarity with construction-specific concepts such as EOTs, variations, security of payment, and risk allocation. Experience with contract management, compliance, or legal-tech tools.
