Contract Analyst, Polish&English Speaker, Warsaw, Poland

Are you experienced within the field of contract administration, working with data and internal systems? We are looking for a new colleague to become part of our Contract Management team, based in Warsaw, Poland. As our team member, you will have a great influence on shaping your own working day and be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Creating, correcting and sending multiple types of contracts to emagine clients and consultants for Polish, Scandinavian and Romanian markets

• Managing your own portfolio of clients from an administrative and contract perspective, ensuring all contractual documentation for consultants delivering to these clients is accurate and up to date

• Contract management, including creations, extensions and terminations

• Creating, adjusting and updating contract templates according to client framework agreements

• Ensuring correct and accurate data in the systems

• Synchronization of data across all databases to ensure our systems, and in turn our contracts, are always up to date

• Participating in development and optimization projects and system improvements to support emagine's continued growth

• Assisting Account Managers and the Invoicing and REM teams with various administrative tasks

We prefer that you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience working with contracts, ideally within the IT consulting or staffing industry, supporting consultants and clients

• Have a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to written material, documents and databases, and take full ownership and responsibility for the accuracy of your work

• Have a natural flair for and are motivated by working with people and services, and understand the importance of being a support function to others

• Have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence, and are result-oriented

• Have a strong sense of discipline and know how to structure and organize your way of working

• Have experience working with Microsoft Office

• Have a high sense of detail and overview

• Have professional communication skills in Polish and English

• Have an outgoing, service-minded personality with strong communication skills

• Are flexible and know how to prioritize your tasks
