Work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges and pain points. Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to define To-Be processes. Document and communicate current and future-state processes clearly. Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Customer Services. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments and ensure their requirements are understood and captured. Ask the right questions to challenge existing processes and uncover underlying requirements. Support the business in transitioning from current processes to the agreed future state.
