Job Description
Position Title: Contract Program
Manager
Base
Salary: $82,800
to $124,000 annually DOE
Bonus: Target annual bonus

Job Summary
The Contract Program Manager
supports outsourced maintenance and operations for Ziply Fiber's fiber network.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for contracted services,
including Install and Repair (I&R) vendor partners, service wire vendor
partners, locates, and fiber network maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Vendor Contract and
Performance Management
· Manage
the procurement and day-to-day performance of Install and Repair, Locates, and
Service Wire drop vendors.
· Monitor
vendor partner performance and ensure compliance with contract terms, local and
state construction requirements, and applicable codes.
· Establish
and maintain professional, effective relationships with vendors.
Quality, Safety, and
Compliance
· Inspect
field work for quality and timeliness to support customer satisfaction.
· Perform
site inspections to verify quality control and safety compliance.
Financial, Reporting, and
Project Controls
· Ensure
accurate billing and timely payment for services performed.
· Prepare
and update weekly and ad hoc reports as required.
· Manage
projects in alignment with approved budgets and plans.
Operational Coordination and
Response
· Resolve
issues as they arise or quickly engage the appropriate resources to minimize
schedule, quality, and service impacts.
· Coordinate
with Dispatch and Activity Management regarding system access, badging and
building access, and work schedules.
· Maintain
adequate supply points and inventory to support installation demand.
· Participate
in the assigned on-call rotation.
· Establish
after-hours support for outages and damage response through a rotation with FDC
Construction teams.
Collaboration, Training, and
Business Support
· Build
strong working relationships with Vendor Partner Managers and internal teams to
promote effective collaboration.
· Develop
a training path for Vendor Partner Managers to ensure technicians are properly
trained on Ziply Fiber tools, including CXP and NetBox.
· Perform
other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.

Required
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience maintaining outside
plant (OSP) facilities and supporting daily Install and Repair work involving
fiber and copper, locates, and service wire.
· Demonstrated experience managing projects to budget.
· Demonstrated ability to meet contract deliverables.
· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications,
including the ability to create pivot tables.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively across all levels and functions
of the organization.
· Strong conflict-resolution skills, including the ability to
identify and resolve issues effectively.
· Knowledge of industry safety practices and procedures.
· Ability to read and interpret Install and Repair, Locates,
and Service Drop Wire documentation.
· Flexibility to address ad hoc duties as business needs arise.
· Knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC)
is required.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and
weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
· Must have and maintain a valid
driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
· Must complete a pre-employment
drug screening.

Work
Environment
This
is a work-from-home position that includes a mix of home-office and field work.
The role requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
Field work may include travel to vendor locations, job sites, and other
operational facilities. A company-branded vehicle will be provided and must be
home-garaged in accordance with company requirements.
