Contract: Zoho Accounting Specialist

Emfarsis is a specialty communications consultancy focused on evolving technologies, particularly supporting founders and executives from gaming, Web3 and AI. Working directly with leaders, we assist in translating their big visions into actionable projects. At Emfarsis, we are headquartered in Singapore but we embrace a remote work setup that allows our diverse team to collaborate globally.

• At least 4 years of experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper in a startup or small tech company.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using ZohoBooks
• A working knowledge of cryptocurrency, main stablecoins for payments and international transfers.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple interrelated companies across multiple jurisdictions (Philippines, Singapore, BVI and Hong Kong).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting professional emails and coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• An interest in automation or the use of AI in bookkeeping

• Raising payments and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Monthly bank reconciliations and input of data into Zoho Books
• Financial reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
  

• Hourly rate contract work
• On average 16 hours per week
• Must have own computer and stable internet connection.
