Working closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders, you will help keep agreements and vendor activities organized, visible, and on schedule. The ideal candidate combines strong contract administration skills with hands-on experience configuring and maintaining vendor management software, improving workflows, and managing multiple priorities with sound judgment and discretion.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer the full contract lifecycle, including request intake, template preparation, review coordination, approvals, electronic signature, repository management, amendments, renewals, and closeout.
  • Prepare and review SaaS subscription agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, order forms, nondisclosure agreements, and vendor agreements using approved templates and playbooks; escalate nonstandard terms to Legal.
  • Track key commercial terms and obligations, including subscription periods, fees, renewal dates, notice requirements, service-level commitments, and termination provisions.
  • Serve as a day-to-day administrator for vendor management software, maintaining user access, permissions, vendor profiles, required fields, intake forms, approval workflows, notifications, and reporting.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews, and offboarding; collect required documentation and route security, privacy, compliance, and financial reviews to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete, accurate contract and vendor records, including executed agreements, business owners, review status, supporting documentation, and audit trails.
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and business owners to resolve intake issues, coordinate contract reviews, and support timely decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports on contract status, upcoming renewals, vendor review deadlines, and outstanding approvals; follow up with accountable owners.

  • Support audits and information requests by retrieving contract and vendor documentation while handling sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.

What You Bring

  • 7 or more years of progressive contract administration, commercial contracting, procurement operations, or vendor management experience, including support for a SaaS or technology business.
  • Hands-on experience administering vendor management software beyond end-user use, including configuring workflows, managing permissions, maintaining vendor data, creating reports, and supporting users.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS and commercial agreements, contract lifecycle processes, and key terms related to subscriptions, renewals, service levels, confidentiality, data protection, and termination.
  • Experience coordinating vendor onboarding, due diligence, ongoing reviews, and renewals across multiple business functions.
  • Strong organization, writing, proofreading, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines and stakeholders with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with Lexion and experience using contract lifecycle management systems, electronic signature tools, and document repositories.
  • Sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to distinguish routine administrative decisions from matters requiring Legal, Information Security, Compliance, or business approval.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a SaaS provider serving financial services, mortgage servicing, fintech, or other regulated customers.
  • Experience implementing or enhancing vendor management or contract lifecycle management software, including data migration, workflow testing, integrations coordination, and user training.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management processes, software subscription tracking, and process improvements using reporting and automation.
