Main Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including: direct and indirect/channel sales agreements (distribution, reseller, etc.) Marketing, advertising, sponsorship, and influencer/endorsement agreements Supplier and procurement contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and pilot/trial terms Online tools, software, and IT systems agreements (SaaS, data processing, service level agreements, etc.) Support the procurement lifecycle: vendor onboarding, risk assessments (privacy, security, financial), compliance checks, and process documentation Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to drive process improvements, develop contract templates, and implement best practices Contribute to guidance and training for business teams on contracting best practices. Advise business stakeholders on contract risk in deal reviews Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and applicable international legal and regulatory frameworks. Core Requirements Master’s degree in law (or equivalent) 3+ years of experience in commercial/contract law Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements Experience with digital/IT contracting, including SaaS terms, IP/licensing, DPAs/SCCs, SLAs, security addenda, and open‑source considerations Experience supporting procurement processes, vendor risk assessments, and third party management Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multicultural environment Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
