  • Build productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support performance, value and long-term business outcomes.
  • Monitor contract performance through governance forums, operational reviews and reporting, providing insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Identify, manage and escalate contract, operational and supplier risks, working collaboratively to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
  • Ensure contracts comply with relevant policies, governance requirements and procurement frameworks while maintaining transparency and probity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen contract management practices, supplier relationships and business outcomes.

  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand needs, influence outcomes and align supplier performance to organisational objectives.
  • Confidence explaining contract, risk or performance matters clearly to suppliers, business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in an environment where priorities, operating models and business needs continue to evolve.
  • Experience in technology, ICT, procurement, commercial or related contract-focused environments will be highly regarded.
