Working closely with the General Manager, Sustainability Centre, you’ll translate strategy into clear, actionable plans across campaigns, launches, partnerships, events and engagement activities. You’ll connect teams across Advocacy, Education, Marketing, Partnerships, Member Engagement, Digital and Operations to create alignment, maintain momentum and deliver measurable outcomes.
Based in either Sydney or Wellington, this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships and turning ideas into successful market-facing activity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the coordinated delivery of the Sustainability Centre’s priorities, campaigns, initiatives and everyday activities
- Develop integrated delivery plans, launch schedules, activity calendars and implementation roadmaps
- Plan and deliver go-to-market activity and integrated campaigns that build awareness, engagement and participation
- Manage campaign workflows, briefs, approvals, budgets and performance reporting
- Coordinate strategic partnerships and partner-led initiatives, ensuring commitments and outcomes are delivered
- Manage events and engagement activities from initial planning through to promotion, logistics and evaluation
- Establish clear governance, accountabilities and ways of working across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and reporting that provide meaningful insights and support continuous improvement
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be a proactive and solutions-focused operator who can balance attention to detail with the bigger strategic picture. You’re comfortable working across multiple teams, managing changing priorities and creating clarity in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in business operations, program or project delivery, marketing operations or campaign delivery
- Demonstrated experience coordinating integrated campaigns, launches, events or other complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong planning and project delivery capability, including managing budgets, risks, dependencies and deadlines
- Experience establishing effective workflows, governance, reporting and performance-tracking processes
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across internal teams, external partners, suppliers and event stakeholders
- The ability to turn performance data and stakeholder feedback into practical recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline
Experience within a membership association, professional services, education, advocacy or sustainability-related environment would be highly regarded.
