Key Responsibilities An analytical approach to work is essential, as is the ability to work within an annual business plan. You will be working with a team of professionals and may also be leading a team, depending on the specific circumstances. Your role entails being responsible for sustaining a strong performance by delivering exceptional customer service, while concurrently working towards increasing volume and expanding the customer base. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of surfacing activities in either a local authority or strategic road networking environment.
