- Collaborating with stakeholders across countries and functions to gather insights and support transformation initiatives.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to support decision-making and organisational development.
Who are we looking for?
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organisational Design, Human Resources, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Strategy, or a related field. You are looking for a final-year internship of approximately 6 months.
You also:

- Are curious about the opportunities and challenges created by AI and automation.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can translate research findings into practical and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Are proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
- Enjoy working in an international and collaborative environment.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
What will you gain?
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a meaningful business challenge linked to an active organizational transformation. You will gain hands-on experience in organizational design, workforce planning, AI and automation impact assessment, stakeholder management, and strategic roadmap development.
You will also:
- Gain exposure to a global business environment and an international Centre of Excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
- Receive coaching and support from experienced professionals.
- Develop practical experience in turning research into measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to initiatives that will help shape the future direction of the organization.
