Control Engineer - Help us build the system and device controls that the world can rely on.
Why this role and you matter
Our controls application is the secret sauce in our current building automation solutions, helping us to deliver systems that are the experts’ choice around the world. Applying the latest technology and approaches to design, develop, maintain and test building automation and control system behaviour and solutions will be a core part of your daily work.
Your success will be heavily dependent on your ability to learn and apply your existing knowledge to some of the most critical and complex infrastructure for HVAC and other building services anywhere in Europe. You will play a vital role in taking our building management controls to the next level.
Your team
You will join a small team of highly experienced group of control engineers and an architect. With decades of knowledge and experience in the building automation domain, you will get all the support you need to quickly find your feet.
After an extensive onboarding period lasting a couple of months, you will then transition to the Top Control Customer Satisfaction team where you can then start supporting the various BlueID-line control application requirements and support coming in from the field. This team is the heart of our existing product line and crucial for maintaining business operations for Priva.
What you’ll do
Developing and maintaining control modules
Build and maintain physical test setups
Engineering control applications in building management systems
Control modelling, design and implementation
Writing and maintaining documentation
Defect reporting and analysis
Supporting customers during implementation and User Acceptance Testing
What you bring
Knowledge of Building Automation and Control Systems
Knowledge of technical installations in buildings for HVAC and other services
Control engineering experience
Technical HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
Experience working in agile teams
Fluent English speaking and reading
Dutch is a plus
