Join Our Generation & New Energy Team
Based in Brisbane or Melbourne, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of industrial control and communication systems across a diverse range of energy projects. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll be involved in everything from concept design through to commissioning, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies that support Australia's energy transition.

What You'll Do
- Contribute to the design and delivery of control and instrumentation systems for renewable and conventional power generation projects.
- Develop PLC, DCS, and SCADA solutions for a range of industrial and energy applications.
- Work with communication systems and protocols including Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet/IP, OPC, and IEC 61850.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across electrical, power systems, and renewable energy projects.
- Assist with engineering studies, technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in site visits and work directly with clients to help deliver practical solutions.
- Learn from experienced engineers while progressively taking ownership of project deliverables.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Approximately 2-6 years' experience in control systems, automation, instrumentation, or power generation projects.
- Experience with PLC, DCS, SCADA, or industrial communications systems.
- An interest in renewable energy, battery storage, power generation, or industrial infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to continue developing technically.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
- Working towards Chartered status or interested in pursuing professional accreditation.
