To strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Controller DACH (f/m/d) In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial organization, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A DACH. You will be responsible for the following activities across the DACH region: Your Responsibilities: Develop financial analyses and controlling tools to support informed decision-making, drive business performance, and optimize resource allocation. Enhance and standardize processes across reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial transparency and a reliable data foundation. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, coordinating with local accounting teams across the country cluster to ensure timely submissions. Ensure the accurate submission of planning data into corporate systems and collaborate with the central IT and Controlling teams on continuous process improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide business-relevant insights. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal control frameworks. Your Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, ideally within a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Experience with financial planning and analysis tools as well as financial systems, ideally including SAP S/4HANA, HFM, Power BI, and Think-cell. Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken. Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. Proven ability to work successfully in international projects and cross-functional teams. Business-oriented approach with strong decision-making skills, intercultural competence, and a collaborative team spirit.
