As a Controller (m/f/d) , you will contribute to the further development of our finance function and help strengthen KPI-based performance management across the group. You will provide meaningful financial insights, business analysis and decision support to enable effective steering of our global operations. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a finance professional who combines analytical strength with business partnering skills, a collaborative mindset and experience in an international manufacturing environment. The SKYLOTEC Group is one of the leading manufacturers of fall protection equipment. This includes both personal protective equipment and permanently installed systems. In addition, the product line includes rescue and rope access equipment for professional, government, and recreational use. We currently employ approximately 950 people worldwide. Key Responsibilities Drive the further development of global management reporting, including customer, product and segment performance analysis Conduct profitability analyses, working capital reviews and cash optimization initiatives Develop and monitor key performance and risk indicators in close collaboration with international stakeholders Prepare ad-hoc analyses, business cases and scenario modelling to support management decision-making Coordinate forecasts, budgets and variance analyses, translating financial results into actionable recommendations Enhance sales controlling in partnership with Sales Management and CRM solutions Strengthen data quality and improve reporting processes across ERP, CRM and BI platforms Your Profile Collaborative team player with strong ownership, stakeholder orientation and flexibility Relevant experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Finance, ideally in an international manufacturing environment Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic, proactive and results-oriented working style Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI and ERP systems such as MS Dynamics NAV is an advantage Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and cultures What we offer A growing, family-owned, medium-sized company operating globally High degree of autonomy and genuine ownership; taking on responsibility is strongly encouraged Modern work environment with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency optimization Abteilung Finance Rolle Controller Standorte SKYLOTEC GmbH Arbeitsort (Präsenz, Homeoffice...)
