Requirements: Fluency in English and German Higher economic education At least 2 years of experience in the finance/controlling department Knowledge of accounting and financial principles Very good knowledge of MS Excel Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions Ability to organise own work Meticulousness and accuracy Nice to have: DATEV awareness will be an asset Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Project description: We are looking for a Controlling Specialist to join MD Consulting , part of the Spyrosoft Group. The role is based in Erfurt, Germany , with a hybrid working model. This is an opportunity to play an active role in developing and strengthening the controlling function and financial awareness within MD Consulting . Over time, the role may expand to include support for another German entity within the Group, as well as collaboration with the broader Finance team based in Poland . Main responsibilities: Month-end-closing control and analysis of budget and actuals for Germany-located companies in Spyrosoft Group Cost control according to the group regulations and local requirements Internal settlements and invoicing in line with Group regulations and local law Preparing and supervising the correctness of financial documentation, including contracts between entities in the capital group, in cooperation with the legal department Close cooperation with the accounting and key departments within the Spyrosoft group Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis Support in the budgeting process Cash flow Supporting the international finance team in everyday processes Department Back Office - Finance Role Controlling Specialist Locations Erfurt (DE) Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-time Experience Regular Area Back Office, Finance About Spyrosoft Spyrosoft is an authentic, cutting-edge software engineering company, established in 2016.
