Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading. Responsibilities: Engage new leads, convert them into active clients Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services Provide high-level client support to boost retention Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting
