Conversion Manager (Payments)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily payment performance, including Approval Rate, Success Rate, and transaction decline rates.

• Analyze payment transactions to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

• Monitor PSP and payment gateway performance to ensure payment stability and efficiency.

• Investigate payment failures and coordinate with PSPs and internal teams to resolve issues.

• Track payment metrics in real time and respond promptly to performance deviations.

Requirements:

• Experience working with payment solutions and PSPs.

• Experience monitoring payment conversion rates (Approve Rate, Success Rate).

• Understanding of Payment Gateways and payment methods.

• Ability to analyze transactions and identify reasons for payment declines.

• Experience with payment dashboards and real-time monitoring.

• Knowledge of Payment Routing and Cascading is a plus.

• Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make quick decisions.
