Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of VIP players.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients.

• Provide personalized communication via Telegram, WhatsApp, LiveChat, email, and phone calls.

• Work with active and dormant VIP players, focusing on retention and reactivation.

• Offer personalized bonuses and reload promotions within the approved VIP matrix.

• Analyze player activity, including deposits, bets, GGR, frequency, and average bet size.

• Handle VIP requests, complaints, big wins, and big losses professionally.

• Collaborate with Support, Payments, Loyalty, and Anti-Fraud teams.

• Maintain accurate player records and communication history in CRM.

• Identify potentially problematic gambling behavior and follow Responsible Gaming procedures.
