Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst (CRA) [DATA ENTRY]

Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company with headquarters in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic. The Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst helps our team's investigation into the drivers of conversion across client websites. Reviewing website designs, you investigate what triggers customers to take buying actions and what leads to website abandonment. Help us discover what works in digital marketing! You should have a keen eye of detail and an intuitive understanding of the psychology behind consumer decision making. Moreover, you should be comfortable with repetitive tasks as this is a primarily data entry role. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the wider team by taking on ad hoc tasks that help keep the department running smoothly. However, no prior experience is necessary (and we prefer people without experience!); you will receive training on the job. The role is particularly well suited to someone with an interest in a career in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. In this role, you will gain valuable skills in digital marketing, UI/UX best practices, and consumer psychology. Key Responsibilities Upload A/B Testing data to our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library. Manage and update the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library regularly. Analyze testing data and catalog them in the right directories. Support general team operations by assisting with ad hoc tasks across the department. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Coachability : Can easily be trained to learn the processes. Availability : Able to overlap with Eastern Standard Time for at least 4 hours every day Communication Skills : Excellent command of the English language in writing. Motivated : Able to maintain a strong work ethic even when the task is repetitive. Work setup : Must have a laptop/desktop with strong internet connection. Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours : Must overlap for at least 4 hours each day with ET (usually 8 AM to 12 NN ET). The other 4 hours are up to you.
