COO Payments/Head of Payments

UnetSafe is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic professional to fill the role of COO Payments/Head of Payments. If you have a proven track record in the payments industry and a passion for innovation, we invite you to join our team. Fluent knowledge of both English and Russian is required. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head of Payments or Payments Product Manager. Successful development and implementation of a digital payment solutions strategy. Proven experience in creating payment services from the ground up. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities. Drive for innovation in payment services. Track record of building partnerships and integrations with various counterparts and service providers. Achievements in optimizing the quality and cost of payment service providers. In-depth knowledge of trends and technologies in payment products. Well-versed in European payment legislation, particularly PSD2. Responsibilities: Lead the Payments Department, overseeing all aspects of payments operations. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with payment providers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment solutions, enhancing capabilities and customer service. Continuously optimize the quality and cost of payment service providers. Stay at the forefront of payment industry trends and technologies, implementing relevant advancements. Foster strong relationships between your department and other company departments, streamlining collaboration processes. Work closely with the CEO and company owners to formulate growth strategies, explore new markets, boost sales, and shape strategic initiatives. Analyze data and monitor performance to drive improvements. Preferred: Experience in organizing cash operations for operators in the high-risk segment. Previous experience working with high-throughput payment providers in India, Latin America, and Japan.
