Our Health & Medical Department is seeking to recruit a Network Coordinator on a permanent contract.
As part of our dynamic and supportive team based in Nairobi, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and strengthening our network of healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our members.
Your day-to-day missions will be the following:
- Develop and expand the network of healthcare providers within the assigned geographical area by conducting provider assessments and managing the accreditation process.
- Maintain and strengthen the existing provider network through regular monitoring, verification, training, and relationship management activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal business units to coordinate interventions and address issues involving healthcare providers.
- Analyze customer needs and member distribution to identify and onboard strategic healthcare providers.
- Manage and monitor third-party healthcare networks to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual requirements.
- Resolve issues related to the application of operational processes by healthcare providers.
- Assess and evaluate healthcare providers based on their capabilities, service offerings, specialties, and treatment capacities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on network performance and activities.
- Undertake travel within the designated region as required.
YOUR PROFILE
You will be successful in this role if you possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience in healthcare insurance is highly desirable.
A medical or healthcare-related background will be an added advantage.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
